Cell Biotech Successfully Concludes ‘Probiotic Expedition’ with Pani Bottle
South Korea’s leading probiotic company, Cell Biotech, hosted the “Probiotic Expedition” event, inviting travel creator Pani Bottle and consumers to tour its Gimpo plant together.
The event was designed to provide consumers with accurate information about probiotics and create an opportunity for direct communication with consumers. A variety of programs were prepared to allow participants to experience DUOLAC’s research and development processes and probiotic technologies firsthand, while also gaining useful information on maintaining gut health during everyday life and travel.
The event featured ▲a lecture on how to choose probiotics properly ▲a tour of the probiotic research laboratory ▲a yogurt-making experience, and more. Participants learned about the importance of safety verification in product development, given that probiotics are living microorganisms, and explored various R&D processes, including animal studies and human clinical trials. They also toured the actual research facilities and gained firsthand insight into how Cell Biotech researches and develops probiotic products.
In particular, participants had the opportunity to observe live probiotics through a microscope and learn about their forms and characteristics. The hands-on experience of observing probiotics, which are not commonly accessible to the public, and visiting the R&D facilities helped generate considerable interest among participants.
Following the laboratory tour, a mini talk session with Pani Bottle was held. Drawing on his travel experiences, Pani Bottle shared insights on “Maintaining Gut Health While Traveling”. The program was followed by ▲one-on-one photo sessions and ▲an autograph session. The event concluded with a lunch featuring local specialties from Gimpo.
DUOLAC previously selected Pani Bottle, who has 2.61 million subscribers, as the model for its travel campaign and has continued to expand its engagement with travelers through various promotions, including the launch of a special package for 'DUOLAC Stop'. Brand content featuring Pani Bottle has also surpassed 3.41 million views on YouTube, receiving strong interest from consumers.
During travel, maintaining gut health can become particularly important due to changes in eating habits and sleep patterns, as well as prolonged periods of travel.
